What is the delivery process?
Once your order has been processed and verification process complete, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment.
- General handling time for most repair orders is 1-2 working days (some as fast as same day return).
- Once your order has been fulfilled, your order will be dispatched and should arrive within 1-2 working days
- For those who live outside metro areas or regional centres, the delivery may extend to 4 working days
We’ll keep you updated along the way with tracking information so you can stay up to date with your delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery
If you're not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card detailing re-delivery options.This may involve another delivery attempt the next business day, or a card being left so you can pick up your delivery from your local depot or Post Office.
If delivery has been attempted and a card is not left, we recommend contacting the courier company directly and providing them with your unique tracking number.
